I have heard the Arione is a great saddle.

I just got a Selle Itilia SLR for my new ride. When I first saw it after recieveing it in the mail, I thought it was going to kill my rear end. My first ride with it did.

But, after several small adjustments and a few more rides, it is now much more comfortable long term than my other gel saddle, which is nicely padded and alot heavier as well.
I'll start another thread soon on my own experience concerning heavily padded saddles, ,and how they may be worse for your body than the lighter firmer ones.
