It depends what kind of quality you are looking for. I usually buy cheap Chinese tires because the roads around here are so crappy that it's cheaper for me to keep buying cheap tires than to buy good ones.

I'm currently using these , but their price is seems to be on the rise just because they are colored (they come in blue, red, yellow, black, and white) - I got them for $30 shipped 2 weeks ago. These are cheaper and probably better (they actually have some kind of tread that will make a difference); I remember reading a good review.
