My sit bones measure between 154 and 143. The smaller size is better, since I sit 'crooked' in the saddle from my 'left-looking' pelvis. Too wide a saddle and I chafe like you wouldn't believe - between sitting cockeyed and starting from a seated position I ripped a seam in an pair of shorts in 2007.
