Heat is good. . .
I think it was before the TT that LA was on rollers, I don't remember
exactly and I haven't watched the entire set of DVDs. Then again
it could have been the previous year, or a hallucintation, ya never know.
What LA's posture looks like is: hips/legs normal forward facing, upper body
turned to either side, head looking forward. He did it to both sides.
What he did was roatate at the waist pulling one arm (elbow) towards
midline of the back, opposite shoulder points forward, really stretches
the back out.. The trick that I've learned on this is to keep you eyes pointing forward coz you're gonna go where you're looking.
I've been playing with standing while on rollers, actually got about a 20
second sprint going this morning. What I find is I don't fully stand but sort
of lift off the saddle, makes for very sore legs (never fully extended?). Its
a breakthrough for me. What I've learned so far is that I have to be deliberate
about the move, hesitation just doesn't work. For no hands I had to just sit
up and do it, if I think about it too much it doesn't work.
Hope that makes sense.
4 degrees? holymoly I thought our 24 yesterday am was bad.
