Hmm... I imagine the Drew's would work, but it's probably not for on the street unless you use a brake or two. Plus, as it says in the listing, you'd only want to use it for a disc or something else you can't redish. However, provided it's on there nice and tight, I don't think it would "spin itself off immediately." In fact, I'm guessing that if you torque it down enough, you could skid with it, although it does add one more thing to fail if you're riding like that.
