I'm waiting on a rack I ordered in January. I sent him an email before I ordered, and he responded within an hour. After the purchase, I haven't heard anything back from my emails and a phone message. I can understand a heavy work queue, and I can wait for quality, but I really dislike not hearing back. Somebody hook him up with an intern, please. Regretting my order now.
