Most Bianchis of the period used 3ttt bars and stem. Most racing bikes of the period used Cinelli. I would choose the Cinelli bars over the Modolos.

I would use the same brand of stem as the bars. Failing that, I would use the Bianchi stem. (Make sure the clamp diameter and the bar diameter are the same. There were several different diameters in use at the time and it's not safe to interchange them.)

The Modolo brakes and levers probably came with the bike, as Bianchi used them extensively. They are probably better quality than the Unversals.

I as also looking to pick up some Campologno record levers, over the Modolo "corsa" levers, is this wise?
Campologno was the slightly dimwitted brother of Campagnolo, right?
