I have an acquaintance that like to fix up bikes and he got involved in giving free bikes to college students.
Not sure what the motivation was. Anyway the bikes soon disappeared. Appears they would ride them
down a hill and then throw them into a pond at the bottom of the hill because they didn't want to ride
back up. Seems free things are often not appreciated.
