Bikes: Giant XTC Team Custom XC bike, Nashbar tourer custom commuter

2 weeks is a fair while to wait, not unreasonable for a warranty replacement, but not ideal service either... especially considering it was defective.


But you have other bikes to hold you over, so it's not catastrophic.
