To remove your freewheel you're going to need an adaptor. To know which adaptor we'll need to know, at a minimum, what brand of freewheel. The previous post indicates it's probably a Shimano. You'll probably need a Park FR-1 to remove it. You'll also need a long 1/2 inch breaker bar and lots of muscle. Recommendation: take it to a LBS where you buy the spoke, and slip them a five spot to remove the freewheel. They have the tools and the experience to remove them without spraining a muscle.
