You can put a 24T 74 bcd on a 110 triple crank. IMHO, I wouldn't get too hung up on finding a Bio Pace which I'm not sure is available in 24 anyway. Just get a basic round one. You aren't going to use that ring much at all, and I am certain you would not notice the difference. A standard 24T 74 is available many places, including your LBS though it might be a special order. In the interest of full disclosure you have to be aware that I don't care for Bio Pace anyway so my HO is just that.
