How do you know when to eat when you're riding? When you get tired? Do you time it? I'm just so not used to eating while exercising I think i've learned to ignore my stomach..
Eat something every 20 to 30 minutes while on the bike.
Drink every 10-15 minutes.
Stand up and Pedal in a high gear to increase blood flow in your legs, back, and butt.
You can go for 30-40 miles without stopping.
