Well The guy I got it from has a garage full of part and odds and ends. He wanted me to buy some KHS bike, but it didn't feel right for some reason. . I saw this Schwinn frame and it looked like the best one he had. He said he could put new everything on it and only charge $150. It turned out to be a little more work then he thought so I think he just rushed everything. I can't really take it back to him considering I called about the first problem of the chain getting jammed and he has yet to call me back to see if it's working okay.
I'd love to fix this up as much as possible because i'm pretty much in love with it.
