I have found that washing thing to be a big problem with most reflective clothing. I have a sash type (amphipod xinglet) thing and I have only washed it twice and it really took a hit in the reflective department.
I did see those at Disks and was thinking about it but they looked somewhat uncomfortable for long rides. Based on a pic someone took of me last weekend I'm thinking of putting some tape on the bottom of my shoe right behind the pedal so I don't slip on it. That way I can wear whatever I want and still be reflective on my recumbent. I'll still use the xinglet for my upright.
