What are the odds that my crappy knicked up paint is a repaint? The lugs are poorly painted. Although a previous owner could have touched up the lugs and done a shoddy job there is white on the black lugs not the other way around.
But the non-drive side downtube decal is crooked too. I even think the head tube sticker is crooked by a degree or two.
