Well no actually at the time of your birth, according to some, you have been a human creature for nearly 10 months, in most cases...

So then your 1 yr aniversary would be 12 mths after your conception and thusly your 2nd "birthday" would be 14 mths after your birth.

Try using that logic to get served before you're 21.
