Based on the minimal info provided I'd guess that you'd be more likely to fit on a 54. Suggest you go through the measurement process and fitting program on the competitive cyclist or wrench science sites and use that as a basis for comparison with the geometry of the bike you're looking at. On the competitive cyclist site, I'd probably use the "Eddy" fit.
