Wal Mart? Try a different register or the manager. I would do everything to try and get that bike returned for a full refund. Sounds a typical poorly assembled bike, that was not all that great to begin with. Once you get that taken care of, buy a 10 to 20 year old refurbished bike. Even at that age
they're ten times the bike that Next was right off the assembly line. I wish you luck!,,,,BD
