not sure if it applies to the older curved units but iirc, when colnago switched to straight blades, they fixed their fork geometry at 43mm of rake/offset ,regardless of frame size
The Precisa (straight blade) fork was introduced in 1987, so it's more likely mid-1980s. Due to variances in angles, tire clearance and headset stack height, you can't calcualte the exact frame size, but I'd say it's for a big racing frame, at least 60cm.
