That's exactly what I was saying in my second reply to the Mlive dot com article.

When the bicycle is at or above the speed limit, the bike can use the whole road, whether it's a bicycle or a motorcycle. This is exactly why motorcycles don't have a lower accident rate than bicycles.

Motorist education must be taught.
