I've stopped and dialed 911 twice in the last year, both times supplying description, location, and license number. Aholes practicing intimidation could easily kill.

The cops will do nothing w/o damage already done. Should damage occur, the 911 record may cement the conviction - slim chance; even slimmer is the chance that the ahole gets pulled over for some other reason, and the 911 cyclist intimidation comes up, the cop is a cyclist, and pistol whips the sob.
