Checked out the extra tire this evening......drum roll please.....it was a Conti Contact Safety System and NOT the Top contact. I yield to the man known as chipcom.
FWIW: I will not buy them again, expensive and a POS. I did like the ride though. I still like Schwalbe Marathon Plus.
