Nope- the nut takes any standard 14mm socket. Some very good quality crankarm bolts take a 15mm socket with thin walls, but those are pretty rare.
The nut is fine but the cranks are the problem. My experience with several bikes with a BB axle like that is that my standard socket won't fit. I have to go to a bike shop and borrow there specific tool to get them off. Your milage may vary. It will depend on the crank arms you are fitting.
