Haven't gotten a chance to weigh it yet. The saddle is definitely getting swapped out. It was either this or a brooks one that I had laying around.
The bars are more comfortable for daily use, but I do have some Deda Pista drops on order. I'll update later with my component list. I'm about to head out the door for work.
