Been riding Time ATAC's for years and never have had this happen. Lots of people riding them around here and they've never had it happen either. In fact, the reason so many people ride them around here is their reliability. You can pack them with mud and still get in and out of them. The way they are designed, there is no way they could jam from street use. I don't know where some of this mis-information comes from
