Hello,

I have almost new Tiagra shifters. I pushed the left one <<up>> when I was on the big ring. (kind of hard) The shifter was stuck and could not shift down.

I unbolted the cable from the front derailleur and shifted down. I reattached the cable but the shifter is still stuck. I don't know what to do next, can anyone help me?
