Anyways, before i make a purchase i plan on riding atleast one SS bike...maybe a local shop has a langster in stock.

I'm in college, i dont want to, nor do i have $1200 to drop on a bike (thats not counting the other crap i'll need) so a geared bike really isnt in my price range. I dont want to screw with the maintenace of a road bike, and i dont really care for group rides.

I guess i could just always stick to rpm classes...

Side Note: Dont some TTers use a single gear?
