I was in one of my local shops a while back, and a bunch of MTB guys (who looked the part) were standing around one guy's baby in such a stroller, debating which grips they should put on it and whether they could get bar ends on - and whether the disc brakes (because apparently disc brakes are needed for a stroller at 4mph... they come stock on some - seriously) would take Shimano parts.

You could get Wheelbuilder to do up some wheel covers for you to make it more aero. But does your CO2 work with Schraeder valves!?
