The baggage compartment is pressurized same as the passenger deck. The equivelant atmosphere is something like 5,000 feet. Otherwise everyone's toiletry items (checked in luggage) would be exploding in flight. You don't need to deflate your tires/shocks/whatever. They won't blow.
