I'm a big Crank Bros fan. I have 3 versions of the Crank Bros - Eggbeaters, Candy and Quattro (road). They all work with my Sidi Dominator 5's and I have ridden all of them on my fixed gear at one point. I am running the Quattro on my fixed gear currently because the bigger platform is good for brakeless riding, I find.
I like the Eggbeaters when I go offroad because it allows for more float - the stated float in degrees is the same as the other models, but it just seems more unrestricted compared to the others.
