but i was wondering about the booties you think they would work as well or better than a plastic bag.. for warmth.. im not talking about coolness or flappiness here.

FYI if you are laying a bag inside your shoe you want to put it over your liner sock and under your wool socks. this traps the warm sweat without making it too gross... makes for a very warm trip., this is what i do i thought i would share the technique with you since it came up.

I am trying to avoid plastic bags though if i can.
