I've been trolling Performace Bikes myself. Looked at their Fujis as well. Funny, they also have a scale with a hook you can weigh the bikes. Found several at 18#-20# for <$2 in the Fuji & GT.
There's a Fuji CCR, all carbon w/105 & Altegra components on clearance for $1600 (2008 model). Comes in at 18# and normally sells for $2500. I'm seriously looking at this one.
