Which Brake Fluid Is Best?
I have Hayes HFX-9 Carbon Hydraulic Disc Brakes. I have to install them and bleed them. Which brake fluid is better DOT 3 or DOT 4. What are the differences between them? What company should I buy them from (eg. Castrol, ect.)? I do not want to buy the fluid from Hayes(too expensive). What are the prices on some of the fluids. I would like to buy them from an automotive parts store.
