Dude, it looks friggin sweet the way it is. Any case I don't think theres anyway to convert that bike to equal wheel sizes without replacing the frame. If you plunk on a larger fork it'll steer like a beach cruiser. Not to mention toe (pedal?) overlap and other issues.

You got it for a sooper deal, you could just flip it and use the cash for what you want.
