recovery/easy day: if the pass me, i don't care. if they draft, i slow down, and wave them past.

intervals/sprint/workout days: i ignore them, unless they get in the way.

that said, last night there was a small exception. after doing some mixed intervals with a teammate, we found ourselves riding back into town, with 3 riders sitting on our wheels. we ignored them, and just rode a light tempo.

right before a 'town line' sign (which we had no intention of sprinting for), 2 of the 3 riders jumped. idiots. we decided to give them a little demonstration.
