Bikes: Civia Hyland Rohloff, Swobo Dixon, Colnago, Univega

Michelin has lots of manufacturing plants around the world including one in the Reno, NV area which I am told makes some bicycle tires.

My Civia Hyland Rohloff has no country of origin sticker. Per my understanding the frame is from Taiwan, the gear hub is German made and final configuration/assembly is done in Minneapolis. What nationality is it?
