Heh, I've got a Flyer on a suspension seat post. But that's just because that's the seat post I have and I don't really care enough to bother changing it.
I think the sprung saddle is better than the suspension seat post. On my seat post anyway, it doesn't have much travel and it seems really sticky, you have to mash the heck out of it to make it move, then it moves a bunch.
