I have a nice power profile from yesterday's race where I was in the field for the first 26 min. but got dropped, since I didn't pay attention and lost the wheel in front of me.
Now looking at the data from yesterday my 20' power is reported by WKO+ as 258W.
Here is my question: To determine FTP, should my 20' power be measured from a steady state effort like a TT or training on the rollers or can I use the 20' power from a race as well where the power yoyo's up and down between 0 and 550W almost every 30 seconds.
Because if the race data is a good indicator as well, then I should raise my FTP from 240W to 245W given the data from yesterday's race.
