For those who own and regularily ride multiple bikes what do you do about pedals and shoes?

1) do you run the same pedal system on all your bikes?

2) do you ride with one pair of shoes? do you have your cleats setup to compromise so they give you a ok fit on all your bikes? multiple pairs of shoes?
