Don;t know what kind of grease pusher ya got...there should be some mechinism [spring] to push the grease to the exit point and the 'pin' that pushes the grease out... I have had air get in where the 'pin' pushes the grease cause not enough grease getting to that point... I know this is vague but maybe some ideas anyway.
