you can get good customer service as you noted above...but i was bringing up the point that small shops generally are more personable than larger corperations because (A) they might not have the volume of sales that larger corperations do, so every sale is very important vs a large corperation that has massive volume, so if the loose a customer here or there for ANY reason, its not a problem. (B) smaller shops usually have 1 or a small number of people dealing with customer service issues, so things are more consistant, meaning if this customer service rep or reps are amicable, there is a greater chance of you having a pleasant experiance because its likely you will deal with them vs a large corperation having 100's of customer service reps, some who can care less how a customer is treated. (C) the large volume that big corperations produce does not ALWAYS provide them with the time to deal with individual customer needs because they need to hurry up and attempt to help someone else, and so forth....
