2 different tires designed for different purposes. the vittoria rubino pro is a higher mileage, tougher, more durable, less supple tire, whereas the P2R (NOT PR2 - no such thing) is a race tire intended more for handling/grip w/ low rolling resistance, and less for durability.
if you're looking for a durable everyday training tire, the vitt is the better choice, IME. although I always find it a pita to mount or take off in the event of a flat, they're comparatively more durable than the P2R. if you're looking to lean way over in a crit, then I feel more comfortable on a P2R or even better the P3R. YMMV.
