I wouldn't call Litespeed a "huge" or even large corporation. I wouldn't even describe Trek with either of those adjectives and Trek is alot bigger than Litespeed.

As it happens I'm putting together a leftover 2002 Litespeed Ultimate right now. If the company is sliding that's a shame but the frame is beautiful and (w/o yet having ridden mind you) I'm pretty happy, to say the least.
