That's what I thought when I was watching it. What would I do if I saw this going on? I thought about the same things you just said, but wouldn't it be better to at least ask? Maybe it would make the guy think twice, maybe not. Just a thought.
It may be pointless, but I'd feel better if I at least asked the guy what he was up to.
