Bikes: Koga-Miyata 'GranWinner' with Schimano 600 . *Right now i'm building a single speed with an old italian 'vicini' frame.

See, i got this bike as a present, it is an old italian, maybe end of the 70s or beginning 80s. I wanted to get one of these, because they have horizontal dropouts. There are Pelessier hubs that i got with the bike and they are still very good, so i want to use those to build a new wheel (they have these special rims where you have to glue on the tires) Right now i try to get together all the smaller parts that i still need, like the sprockets (? i'm not 100% sure about the english words.), therefor i need to think about the conversion. I'll use one of the chainrings that i got with the bike. All components where campagnolo plus shimano dura ace brakes... Basically it comes down to the chainline and these things, because the rest i am pretty confident about finding out myself.
thanks for the fast reply.
Oh,and i also have an old bianchi frame, and at some point this year, or maybe next winter, i want to turn it into a fixed gear....that's the next project then, but first i want this singlespeed, to use it in the city. I have my koga-miyata racing bike that i want to use only for longer distances and training...
