I'm not cutting new threads, just trying to repair the ones on a 30+ yr old bike. The steering tube threads have some burrs and it does look like at one time an upper race cup may have been started wrong. Makes it hard to get started correctly and I don't want the problem to degrade further.

I did find a source this morning though.
