I'm looking at buying a slightly used 2004 56cm Cannondale R1000 Double. Stock components were stripped in 05 and 05 Ultegra components were added with a Full Speed Ahead carbon handlebars. Wheels are Mavic Ksyrium Elites. Includes a specialized computer, but not a seat. The price is $800.00.

I'm pretty new to cycling and my budget is under $1000. What do you think about the above bike at that price?
