Ankle weights
One of my four-year-olds kicked me out of bed at 4:30 this morning, so I've been organizing my bike junk and came across some ankle weights I bought a few years ago.
Does anyone have an opinion...uh, wait, this is BF; let me rephrase that: I'm going to be transforming my 26-mile-round-trip commute into brevet training, including some hill repeats. Is putting an extra five pounds on each ankle a sensible addition to the plan?
