Rocking my shoulders: Yes, I know I do this a bit. Is this a core issue? Also, this was taken about an hour into the session, I may have been a bit tired.
Do I TT? Not currently, but I do have an interest in it. As soon as I'm fully recovered from shoulder surgery, it's game on. Also, maybe some tri's in the future.
Hip rotation:Can somebody explain this to me? Should I keep them still/forward? Sorry for the loose clothing, but I was at work at the time!!
