It is a technique issue, but it is more pronounced when one is suffering from fatigue.

Do I TT? Not currently, but I do have an interest in it. As soon as I'm fully recovered from shoulder surgery, it's game on. Also, maybe some tri's in the future.

Hip rotation:Can somebody explain this to me? Should I keep them still/forward? Sorry for the loose clothing, but I was at work at the time!!
Yoga/stretching helps this, again, it is like the other finer points of cycling, you will have to focus on them one at a time and be aware of your posture. You cannot go out doing VO2 and focus on any of these, but you can focus on one at a time during a recovery or endurance ride.----At work damn, wish I had your job!!
